was cleaning my desk at work when kueh gave me this black poster board and i decided to decorate my desk space a little, by adding pictures etc to it.

at home, i started out flipping through my photos and notebooks and cards in the drawers. and in the process, came across our Tioman trip photos back in July 2003. it's been so long since i saw them i can't even remember if it was day 1 or 2 we went hiking up the trail. whether we fished for jellyfish and ate bananas while waiting for the divers on the night of day 1 or day 2. what did we see when we went snorkelling, and when was it that we saw the cows that we thought were tigers? somehow, life seemed so much easier and carefree back then.

even when we thought that there were tigers ahead, we felt no apprehension in jogging past them. and everything was taken with the most guileless of hearts.
